DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!! Used this shop to replace the alternator on my car. The alternator died and it was still under warranty ,these crooks refused to honor it. Do yourself a favor find a reputable shop that stands behind their work. If you can't trust their service you definitely shouldn't trust their used cars.
Hello! Just writing this as an informative piece to avoid any confusion until Google can be updated- not writing this to be used as a rated review. Preferred Auto & Truck Sales and Preferred Automotive are two separate businesses. Preferred Auto & Truck Sales has now become Auto Pros, and Preferred Automotive has moved to another location. Basically (as the name indicated) the auto sales business was separate of the repair shop. The two businesses acted under one name due to the shared occupancy of the building. As of May 1, 2017, Preferred Automotive left this 20983 location and Auto Pros now runs it's own service department open to the public, and continues to offer auto sales as it has for the past four years.
Hopefully i have the right place . Did Business with theese guys and had a great experience all around! I had an engine put in my 2012 Nissan Sentra . Lou and the rest of his staff did great . He went over the car thoroughly and its running great. Not only did he make sure everything was good ; As i went to pay the final bill in cash i was short , so i handed him my debit card as I've done in the past and he handed it back to me and cashed me out with what i handed him in cash. Very down to earth and generosity didnt stop there. He called me later that night to make sure everything was ok ! Thanks again Lou!
I've been twice to get minor work done only to be ignored BOTH times. The first was for brakes, and after sitting at the service desk for 20 minutes waiting for the gentleman to finish telling someone how to put coolant into their car (I could've told them a hell of a lot quicker) I went somewhere else. Then I called today an hour after they opened and left a message about getting 2 tires replaced, I haven't even received a call back.
