Not a very big selection and dealers are not very knowledgeable but they have been around for along time so not counting them out. Will keep checking there lot for new inventory.
I went to look at a used jeep on the lot that I saw online. After looking over the car a salesman came up to me. I told him I was not interested in the vehicle after looking at it in person due to the rust underneath and felt the price was high ($7,???). He then asked what I'd be willing to pay for it. I stated without driving it I didn't know, but I was not interested due to the rust. He turned around walking away with a smart comment telling me to find a vehicle like that without rust and he'd pay $10,000 for it. I feel it was inappropriate to make a comment such as that. So much for just looking. My first time being on that dealers lot.
This is the most unbelievable vehicle I've ever owned. The service was excellent and it felt like family was taking care of me with my new vehicle purchase! I'll continue to be a loyal Megee Motors customer!!!
I would have given four stars save for a recent experience where I came to pick up my vehicle after services only to return immediately due to engine service light came on after just pulling off the lot. This happened back to back times. Issues should have been resolved prior to customer pick up. I understand if it happens once but multiple times? Other than these issues quality customer service for more than 5 years.
Great sales experience to start out . The sales person ( Katie ) was all about selling the vehicle to us and getting the deal done. However after my wife went in f/ her first service visit f/ the required oil change things were much different . My wife had asked f/ the tires to be rotated and checked f/ proper pressure, which is the norm at each oil change. she also informed the service technician that one of the tires was losing 2 -3 psi daily if he could check it. Long story short . The tires were never checked or rotated nobody cared. I called my sales person ( Katie ) to voice my complaint and her response was , "that's not my department let me get you over to service ". At which point I got someone's voice mail, I left message and never got a call back. So we took the vehicle to Mr. Tire and Meineke and were told there was a nail in the tire and it needed to be replaced . Unfortunately I had to go back to MeGee to get a matching tire otherwise I would have bought it elsewhere . So the question here is, had the service department checked the tire as requested could this issue have been avoided? The end result is a new tire had to be purchased on a new jeep w/ less then 8000 miles . Nobody cared my sales person ( Katie ) was just your A Typical sales person in the end, she did everything to get my business but nothing to keep it. I will not purchase f/ this dealer again!
