We've been here several times service and food fluctuate from poor to fair. The cream of crab is really thick in consistency. The first time I ordered the prime rub special it was great. The second time it was like warm and over cooked. I don't know how but it was. I figured it was a fluck and tried again next time it was on the menu... Same thing. There have been at least 2 visits where the employees were more concerned with taking shots than serving. It's a shame because we really had high hopes for this place.
Food was great. Service was less than mediocre. Would have ordered more drinks and had desserts if there server had come to our table even once during the meal. I don't know what she was doing - she didn't even have to bring our food and I never saw her with any other diners either. When she finally did show up -about ten minutes after we had eaten everything, she asked if anyone wanted another drink. When the reply was, ''I did, about twenty minutes ago when I was eating." She just laughed and left before I could even order dessert. Bad service is costing this business revenue because it wasn't just our table that suffered poor service. Others were talking about it as they left also. Again - Food = five stars. Service = two stars.
Nice staff. Cream of crab soup was delicious. Burger was cooked more than asked but still good. Quieter than I expected.
Great place has grown into itself as any newly built/opened place should. Hitting it's groove now with food and service. Thursday nights are awesome oyster special nite.
Much better than last time...we were served cold food...waited forever and when we tried to tell them...we were outed... but this time, almost 11 months later...we still had a long wait time... but food was excellent!!! Thanks Katie!
