overall a 3.5 place looks new food was Burger King average, drive thru service is pretty slow but not out of reason. Service wasn’t friendly but not mean, monotone
Do not like that they do not take your order you have to do it yourself. I refused to do it myself and said if they did not do it I would go somewhere else. There was two other couples with us and they felt the same. They did do it but understand that they have Hispanic people working in there is why they do it because some do not know how to run the machine itself. Our order was messed up when taking it and charged us $3.49 more than what we ordered. Not very happy.
Nice and fast service and the meal was hot and delicious. Busy and filled with hungry people.
This is the second time I've been in 3 weeks... I am not impressed. First time I ordered the old fashioned chicken sandwich at the drive thru...waited over 10 minutes... I was the only one...then they said they couldn't find it... sandwich was cold. Today I went in the store...ordered 1 Bacon King, and 1 Rodeo King... again I was the only one... ordered at a kiosk....after waiting 15 minutes...they handed me my bag... I live like 2 minutes away...got home...both burgers were the same...and they were cold... I mean REALLY... what's up with you guys???? Not going again...at the rate they're going... maybe they'll go out of business.
A GOOD PLACE TO EAT YOU ALL GO THERE TO EAT THE BEST PLACE TO EAT ALRIGHT.
They now have self order screens. I have two concerns: Do they put people out if work or do they now have more people preparing the food? And then, some diners seemed to be put off about the technology. Hopefully the staff is able to help them.
