The receptionist Andrea that works the desk is VERY RUDE and NASTY! She has no customer service skills and needs to hit the unemployment line. She is RUDE in person and on the phone.
Son broke finger in two places. Radiology and nurse practioner were very pleasant. Only about a 30 min wait.
Very rude people. Registered online, had to sit and wait 30 mins before they ever called our name to give insurance information and reason for visit. Then was skipped by 2 people that came in after us and hadn't registered online. Will never come back here
Sitting here now listening to office people laughing at people coming in to get help. Waiting forever to get my knee looked out will leave in a couple and drive somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional place
Good for a quick stop for a sprained finger or a slight cold but not much else... Employees arent very friendly but arent incredibly rude.
