always have my charts messed up and always have my appointment times wrong. always have had a horrible experience.
Our family has had four out of five dental appointments cancelled so far . They just called today at closing to tell us that my sons appointment in about 36 hours from now is cancelled . It was already a 2 month wait from the last one we drove up for one that was cancelled . So 4 months later , we are still not being seen . the reason is they will not be there .Really you didn't know before now ? is that why you wait to call less than an hour before closing and then say there is no one in dental . they also cancelled mine and my husbands appointments that we waited 4 months for . No record of my appointment either and lost my phone number . I did like the poeple we saw at our one appointment but at this point I wouldn't recommend them if you need to be seen anytime in the near future .
Had two appointments. They have called me to cancel both two weeks before I was scheduled. I made my first appointment in January, couldn't get me in till April. They canceled that one, said "the provider would not be in". Made an appointment with a different provider for May, they called today and said exactly the same words. If I thought Delta Dental cared, I would tell them, but they are just as pitiful. I would sooner give them -1 star
Very thorough caregivers, LaRed staff takes the time to treat the whole patient. When I go in with an appointment, there is not much of a wait. Not sure what happened with some of the other reviewers, maybe they had to walk in without an appointment. Overall, excellent care which was badly needed in the community.
After giving a $50 non refundable deposit...Waited two months for an appointment to have it cancelled 4 days prior to date. -Then was told it would be another two months but could not have my deposit back. After several calls to Mgmt- got an initial appointment in ONE MONTH. Had initial appointment, and then was told cleaning couldn't be scheduled for another TWO MONTHS... I waited...and then THEY CANCELLED AGAIN 5 days before that appointment saying the next available appointment is in ANOTHER TWO MOnths?! Got my x-rays... THEY STILL HAVE MY $50 DEPOSIT! How is this place in business?! I took off work well in advance for these dates and am now 5 months overdue for my cleaning. The deposit they require is ridiculous- stating that it is to keep your appointment but yet they can cancel for undisclosed amounts of time without penalty. Shady
