Great place to train . The staff is great and very knowledgable. And they keep the place well maintained and clean.
It is a very warm and welcoming environment. There is plenty of equipment, and the trainers are first class. They also have tanning beds, massages, as well as fitness classes. Easy to get to. Well worth the monthly fee!!!!

Great gym for both cardio and iron addicts alike. You could be a serious bodybuilder and be fine at the gym.
If you can't get strong in this gym, you need to take up knitting.
