Oh and on top of it my husband called and talked to the manager and told him we weren’t happy and the guy basically said yeah so what do you want me to do about it?
Worked here for years on and off. Mr. James Boyd is the BEST EMPLOYER I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY CORPORATE OR FRANCHISE FROM CORPORATE STRUCTURED JOB. The guy who signs the checks will actually get on the makeline and slap pizzas out faster then anyone I have ever seen during busy hours nnonetheless. He treated me with respect and as a friend in general. I respect the hell outta him. His choice of current store manager in Jason though, I totally disagree with. He is very arrogant and the reason that the Georgetown store has a high turnover rate of employees. Just my opinion.
We have often ordered delivery from this dominos in the past. The last time we ordered 6 months ago (or so) it took forever...well over an hour and when we called to see where our food was we were told that they’d be there in a few, even though their pizza tracker app said we already had our order for 15 minutes. Tonight we decided to try again for a quick meal and we once again are waiting for our order that was placed 75 minutes ago and once again the app says we’ve had it for 20 minutes. When my husband called 15 minutes ago he was told that the driver had a delivery ahead of us and should be there any second. Still waiting......never again! We will use Carusos from now on! Their pizzas better anyway!
Update-we finally got the salad at 7:50pm we ordered at 5:58pm and thankfully it was pre-made and sealed or I would have been worried about eating it after the managers attitude.
Pizza just came, it was warm-ish at best and they totally forgot the salad we ordered with it! Never again!

Last year we had a terrible experience with this Domino's, right after I left my review, they gave me a certificate for $20. I waited forever to use it....but decided to try again...the first time, and we used out gift, it was awesome...we tried again...it too was really good...but third time I guess...what can I say...the guy hung up on me....I called back....and was on hold 25MINUTES!!!!! He finally comes back and says "Domino's", so I asked him what his name was...he asked if I would hold...then comes back to me after 3 minutes and asked for my phone number, I gave it to him, and he says the manager will call me back....that was at 5:30....it is now 9:30....I think it's safe to say....they don't care what happens at that store!
Used to have great service until they hired kids. The pizza is frequently sloppy. Milford is much better.
