A bunch of a**holes go to Dover DMV it's better especially if your doing a road test.
Tried to get a license transferred from PA and they refused to print a W2 that I had readily available in an email. There was a printer right next to the teller and he told me that he couldn't help me out. Great service, welcome to Delaware!

I have honestly, to this point, never had a bad experience there. The people are friendly and the waiting area is spacious. There is a wait for inspection occasionally but that is just a matter of timing. Compared to what I experienced in NY, this DMV is a dream.
Was put on hold for 20 minutes around 3:30pm. All I requested was to see how many points were on my license(if any). The one star is for their politeness.
