Professional sells associates
This was learned ,after I contacted the manufacturer directly.
We contacted them three times to determine status.
We cancelled the order.
They were not shipped and one wasn't even made yet.
Furniture did not arrive for Thanksgiving.
There was no follow up initiated by the store regarding any complications.
They are Awesome and the Only Place I Purchase By From!!!!
On the third contact on December 9th ,we learned that we would not have the sofas for Christmas.
Will never go there again!! Owner is not professional - acts as though he is doing a favor for you. Over priced!
We ordered two sofas in September that were to arrive for Thanksgiving.
