I have made 5 calls today. 3 to sporting goods and 2 to a Manager on Duty. No one ever came to the phone. Just left me on hold on my cell phone. The average on all 5 calls was 6 min. and 7 sec. ea. The young lady who answered the phone mumbled as though she had a mouth full of food. The only thing I could understand was hold on.
