Ms.Holly remembered my favorite appointment times and would always call me if a better app time opened up, esp when i had ultrasounds that needed rescheduled.
Went to this practice for the entirety of my prenatal visits.
So far my postpartum care has been top notch aswell. This practice is full of well rounded professionals who are accomidating and happy to answer any questions or address any concerns.
Sat in the back for hour and 12 mins waiting to see doctor. After they decided to take someone Infront of me after they were late when I scheduled appointment asked for one where it wouldn't be busy and they informed me it wouldn't..LIES! Long story short I'm late for daughters appointment and I never got my check up. This isn't the first time. Bad practice will be taking my services elsewhere
This place is the worst ! My wife had to wait a minimum of 45 min for every prenatal appointment. Complete disrespect to other people's time and schedule. The appt itself takes 5min but she has to take a 2 hour lunch to make it. The doctors are fine but when you wait an hour to talk to someone EVERY SINGLE TIME it kind of kills everything positive and just ruins your day.
Becca was the first person i was seen by in the practice. She can be very bubbly but straightforward. She always answered my questions. She was very understanding of some prior issues of mine and always went out of her way to make me feel at ease. She was on call when i went into labor and did her best to get the ball rolling and get me comfortable when it became apparent she'd be clocking out long before i gave birth.
Aside from a few extended waiting room stints this place has been wonderful.
Admittedly not a big fan of one of the doctors (Mckiel and Caswell are my two favorites though) but all the rest, the nurses, midwives(Becca is awesome), and office staff (Ms.Holly is a sweetheart and Marcia walks you through all the insurance bs) are typically wonderful.
Mckiel delivered my baby and was the exact kind of person you would want to be on your team in that situation. She was supportive, understanding, she coached me through it and was constantly checking in on me, making sure i was progressing. This was refreshing given my friends respective experiences with detached doctors who wouldn't even speak to them or deign to show up before it was time to push.
