Failed to show up on date scheduled. Called 45 minutes before expected arrival to tell me they were on the way then never showed. Email notice 4 days later to reschedule. I called and spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get it rescheduled. they gave me an appointment for the following week. I cancelled and will go to someone who cares about customer service.

Had a windshield schedule to be replaced they waited all day to come out then they tell me they can't do because it take to long to do mind have to go to there shop for them to do it and then can fix it for a week or two
I booked a appointment with safelight for 1pm the Friday the 22nd of September 2017 i go in drop off my car and keys I come back 2 hours later only to find that they removed my windsheild and didn't put one in they say it was rusted out they refuse to install a new one I paid for I took it the car home with no windsheild and went out there was no rust it was just gross paint I used a rag and hot water and it cleaned right off no rust in sight they are just lazy and there corporate was very rude and cruel to the situation they put me in i will never use there service again
